COVID-19 Update
Due to delays and complications regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer than usual processing and shipping time. If you still have not received your order after 30 days, you will receive full refund for shipping costs. This policy is effective 24 hours after your order has been placed and processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Grace + Peace only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. Eligible items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To exchange an item, please send us an email at customerservice@gracepeaceapparel.com.
Shipping
Grace + Peace does not cover shipping costs of exchanged items. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to exchange an item. Depending on place of residence, the length of time to receive exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Grace + Peace does not hold any responsibility for any lost, stolen or missing packages. It is not guaranteed that your shipment will be received.
